Nisah Tahara is the author of "Psychological Safety Begins at Home" and the creator of the innovative Psychological Safety Bridge™ and its related game, the Bridge game. She also hosts the podcast "The Curiosity Bowl" and developed a game of the same name. As an Applied Behavioral Strategist, Nisah has devoted her career to fostering psychological safety across various industries and cultures. 

 

During the COVID-19 pandemic, when the world was in lockdown, she established Business Development as a Service (BDaaS) to provide remote support for companies both nationally and internationally, as well as work opportunities for those displaced by the pandemic. Nisah's expertise lies in empowering organizations to create inclusive environments where individuals can thrive and contribute their best. 

 

Her work exemplifies the transformative power of understanding behavior and building trust within teams. Nisah is energetic, a bit quirky, and committed to her own journey of psychological safety while helping others along the way. She resides in Michigan with her husband and enjoys spending time with her six grandchildren, including monozygotic triplet girls.
