In my eclectic career journey I've  held various training, public relations, marketing, and business development positions with DTE Energy, the City of Inkster, Barton Malow, the Detroit Public Schools, AECOM, and Proudfoot consulting. In addition to being employed in those positions I've also worked independently for the Michigan Department of Transportation, several automotive retail entities including Chevrolet, Mercedes, Honda, Ford, and Chrysler providing a variety of customer service, marketing support, and special events programs. I've also had the pleasure of volunteering with several non profit organizations including New Detroit, Inc. Karmanos Cancer Institute, Starr Commonwealth, Orchards Children's Services, the Michigan Association for Career and Technical Education and The Detroit Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. 

 

With Outbound/IN, I wanted to design an approach to professional services delivery that recognizes the value of untapped intellectual capital that doesn’t fit the traditional Monday through Friday / 9 to 5 work week model. As a business professional, a mom, a wife, daughter, and most recently a "GiGi", I have experienced nearly every challenge that can impair the ability to devote oneself to a full-time, on-site job. We understand that life doesn't happen on a schedule so at Outbound/IN, we to tailor programs to meet our client's needs and build the best team with the skills and optimal availability to deliver wins in any time zone and any day of the week. 

 

Like the majority of our team, I have traveled extensively, worked in other countries, studied in other countries, and share a love of diversity of thought and culture. Outbound/IN brings perspectives from Zoomers to Boomers and take pride in being continuous learners, and you could say “nerds" that embrace Kaizen. We stand ready to become a secret weapon as a seamless extension of your team.
