Salam!

I take pride in my strengths to shine a light on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging and ensure all my projects and work are examples of that.  I am a huge people person, a softy at heart, and I have the utmost respect and care for all my clients and team members. 

As I traveled the world, I got my education from various institutes. Some schooling from the US, Canada, and Pakistan, Bachelor's from Malaysia, Masters's from the US, along with other certifications and many life-long lessons from the people I met. 

I flourish in places where Human Resources, DEI&B, and Organizational Development are at the forefront, I have been lucky to have worked in various industries, including retail, hospitality, manufacturing, higher-ed, and artificial intelligence. My primary objective has always been to help companies reach a workplace culture where they can grow, develop and reach their business goals while keeping inclusion and belonging at the front and center of all their processes and procedures. 

How I lead and what I expect;

• It is okay to make mistakes!

• It is okay to run late now and then!

• It is okay to have barking dogs and crying babies in the background of a video call.

• Revise your work. Your work is your autograph! 

• You have a commitment to your company and team, do them justice. 

• Be passionate about your projects and work goals, no matter how small or insignificant they may seem. All your contributions are significant! 

• It is human to have a bad day, do not let that spill over to your clients, teams, and other aspects of your professional and personal life. 

• Never settle for “I have enough on my plate,” take the next training opportunity, sign up for that certification, volunteer to cover for another team member, and attend meetings with your 100% attention.
